AI & MACHINE LEARNING USE RESTRICTIONS

This recording is being provided to you as a complimentary early-access release by Society Blonde for personal listening and enjoyment. By accessing this recording, you agree that you will not, without Society Blonde’s prior express written permission:

  • upload, submit, transmit, provide, or otherwise make the recording, in whole or in part, available to any artificial intelligence (“AI”), generative AI, machine-learning, music-generation, voice-generation, or similar system or service;

  • use the recording, or any portion of it, as training data, input data, fine-tuning data, reference material, or other data for the training, development, testing, improvement, or operation of any AI or machine-learning model, system, or service;

  • use the recording to generate, synthesize, imitate, clone, reproduce, transform, or create derivative music, audio, vocals, lyrics, performances, or other content through or with the assistance of AI or machine-learning technology;

  • upload or provide the recording to any third-party platform, service, database, or tool that may use submitted content for AI training, machine learning, model development, or similar purposes; or

  • use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies to collect, extract, analyze, or ingest the recording for AI training, machine learning, model development, or related purposes.

Sharing with friends for personal listening is permitted. AI or machine-learning use is not.

All rights in the recording and the underlying musical works are reserved by Society Blonde and/or the applicable rights holders. Early access does not transfer ownership or grant any license or other rights to use the recording for AI or machine-learning purposes.
