AI & Machine Learning Use Restrictions

The music, sound recordings, compositions, lyrics, vocals, performances, and other creative content made available through this website (collectively, the “Work”) are owned by Society Blonde and/or its applicable rights holders.

The Work may be made available through this website for streaming, listening, purchase, download, or other authorized use. Accessing, streaming, purchasing, or downloading the Work does not grant permission to use the Work for artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, or related purposes.

Without the prior express written permission of Society Blonde or the applicable rights holder, you may not:

• upload, submit, transmit, scrape, extract, capture, or otherwise provide the Work, in whole or in part, to any AI, generative AI, machine-learning, automated content-generation, music-generation, voice-generation, audio-analysis, or similar system or service;

• use the Work, or any portion thereof, as training data, input data, fine-tuning data, reference material, datasets, or other data for the development, training, testing, improvement, or operation of any AI or machine-learning model, algorithm, system, or service;

• use the Work to generate, synthesize, imitate, clone, reproduce, transform, or create derivative music, audio, vocals, lyrics, compositions, performances, or other content through or with the assistance of any AI or machine-learning system;

• use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, collect, reproduce, analyze, or ingest the Work for AI training, machine learning, model development, automated content generation, or similar purposes;

• provide the Work to any third-party platform, database, dataset, service, or technology where the Work may be used for AI training, machine learning, model development, or similar purposes; or

• use any portion of the Work, including its sound recordings, musical compositions, lyrics, vocals, performances, or other protected elements, for the purpose of training, developing, testing, fine-tuning, or improving an AI or machine-learning system or model.

Public Availability or Purchase Does Not Constitute AI Permission

The fact that the Work is publicly accessible, playable, streamable, downloadable, or available for purchase does notconstitute permission to copy, scrape, ingest, analyze, train upon, fine-tune, or otherwise use the Work in connection with any AI or machine-learning system or model.

Any rights granted through a purchase, download, stream, or other transaction are limited to the rights expressly granted in connection with that transaction. No purchase or download transfers ownership of the Work or grants a license for AI or machine-learning use.

Any separate written license or agreement expressly granted by Society Blonde or an applicable rights holder will control to the extent that it specifically authorizes a use otherwise restricted by this policy.

Reservation of Rights

Society Blonde and/or the applicable rights holders reserve all rights in and to the Work, including all rights under applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of the Work for AI or machine-learning purposes may constitute infringement, breach of contract, or violation of other applicable laws, depending on the circumstances. Society Blonde expressly reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

By accessing, streaming, downloading, or purchasing the Work, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these AI & Machine Learning Use Restrictions and agree to comply with them to the extent applicable to your use of the Work.
